What is a one piece mailer box?
A one piece mailer box is cut from a single sheet of corrugated board: the base, lid and side flaps are all one piece and fold into shape without glue. The lid locks into place with front tuck tabs, so the box closes without tape and opens to a neat presentation.
It is the most popular corrugated box for e-commerce shipping. It is delivered flat, takes little warehouse space and sets up in seconds on the packing line. Print your logo on the outside and a welcome message on the inside to bring the unboxing experience to your brand. Depending on product weight, we recommend E flute (thin, great for print) or B flute (higher strength).
