Corrugated Book Wrap Mailer

A book wrap mailer is a corrugated box designed for flat products, with flaps and a lid that wrap the product from all four sides. The product sits in the center, the flaps fold over it and the lid locks, so corners and edges are protected in transit.

It prevents crushed corners on thin, flat items such as books, magazines, calendars, frames, vinyl records and photo prints. Because the box is sized to the product thickness, there is no empty space inside and less need for void fill. It can be produced in natural kraft for publishers and bookshops, or fully printed for branded shipments.
