Offset Printing
Plate + rubber blanket lithography for high-quality print. Cost-effective and color-consistent on large runs.
- Cost-effective on large runs
- High color consistency
- Pantone spot ready
Overview
Offset printing transfers ink from a metal plate to a rubber blanket, then to the substrate. Classic lithography. On rigid-box wraps it lowers unit cost at higher volumes and delivers fine screens, Pantone spot and consistent CMYK. Plate setup makes small runs more expensive than digital; from roughly 500+ units. Especially thousands. It is the standard choice. It pairs with water-based, soy or UV inks.
