Overview
Grey chipboard (greyboard) is a thick, rigid structural board made from recycled paper pulp. It forms the skeleton of luxury rigid boxes and is wrapped with coated, kraft or specialty paper to create the branded surface. Its density and caliper deliver strength and a premium unboxing feel for magnetic-closure, lift-off and book-style constructions. Printing is applied to the wrap paper, not directly to the greyboard.
